A large deal constitutes any single amount of £4000.00 and above. For this type of deal Thomas Exchange Ltd will require a copy of your Passport (clearly legible), a recent Utility Bill showing your current address and a reason for the purchase ( ie. Holiday money, mortgage, house purchase etc ).
This information is required to enable Thomas Exchange Ltd. too comply with the current Anti Money Laundering Regulations. All information given is held on file at our Head Office in case proof is needed, of your purchase.
Currency and Travellers Cheques, must be paid for by cheque ( allow 5 working days for clearance ) or by deposit into our bank account. Upon receiving your request we will give you our bank details.
At this moment in time, we do not accept credit/debit cards over the phone. However, we are aiming to offer this facility, in the near future.
Upon clearance of cheques and /or deposits into our bank, money can be collected from our office, delivered to your workplace ( Central London only ) or posted to your home or work address.
Postage is done by secure and insured Royal Mail delivery before 1.00pm on the following day. There is a charge of £5.00 per £2500.00 ( or part of ) for this service, to cover postal costs only.
Thomas Exchange Ltd. will not pass on any details of Credit Cards or names and addresses, to any third party whatsoever.
All customers who enter into a deal with Thomas Exchange Ltd. accept that English Law governs the contract.
